WHAT IS CAP?

WHAT IS CAP?

We AIM to provide every Athlete professional, innovative and creative training experience that helps to support their own achievements related to their sports goals.

‘Centurion’ means, leaders of the future. Our name and brand stands for high quality training provided for Athletes today in preparation for them to lead in the future for their chosen sports. Centurion Athletic Performance (CAP) was built on passion, faith, lifting and a vision to revolutionize the way Athletes train and perform.  At CAP, we believe in second chances and the opportunity for all Athletes, regardless of their status or level, to train like an Elite Athlete. Our way of training offers a variety of innovative and creative drills and exercises that not only challenges them physically but, mentally.

A CAP program is built around four pillars which, we will always cover in all of our training sessions.

All four pillars will help any Athlete regardless of what goal or sport they play, to reach their peak performance for game day. We believe that if any one of these pillars are missing or less than 80%, an Athlete will never be able to perform or train at their best or near 100%.

For more information on these four important pillars check the links below.

MEET THE TWINS

Centurion Athletic Performance was created by the Toeaiga twins, Mallory and Malcolm. CAP was created through their passion and vision to change and revolutionise the way Athletes train today.

Malcolm has over 10 years experience of training different Athletes for a variety of sports. He is our Head Trainer and has a great knowledge in biomechanics and how different Athletes move. His background started with Powerlifting & Weightlifting which motivated him to start learning and researching more about an Athlete’s body and mechanics. He went onto to study Personal Training and gaining his reputation for the crazy footwork drills and the unique way of training different Athletes you see today.

Mallory graduated from Massey University with a degree in Marketing & Media Studies. She is the creator and the brains of the business. She is responsible for CAP’s massive social media presence and our famous training videos. She also trains and competes in Powerlifting and is a current Regional Champion.

Something they both had was a passion to help Athletes reach their goals. Combining both their knowledge and experience, this is how CAP was created. Their journey to reach where they are today has not been easy but, the results and rewards they have gained from helping so many Athletes achieve has been all worth it and something they will continue to build and get better in. Watch this space.
