Our Team programme is offered to all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels, to help increase performance and confidence for a team of Athletes for a variety of sports.

Our team training will be catered and created around what your team goals are. All exercises and training sessions will take your team players through specific movements designed to mimic the movement demands related to the sport you play. 

Our programme will cover our four pillars which are, MOVEMENT, MINDSET, NUTRITION & RECOVERY. These pillars are designed to help young and elite Athletes to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, speed, agility, vertical, decrease injuries and any other skills they may require in order to achieve the goals they you have set for your team for the season.

We will also cover quick team testings in order for us to constantly check in on improvements or areas we need to focus on. From these testings, we will develop and create a training programme that we will assign per Athlete participating to follow during the days they are not with us so, that way they are constantly working on their performance even when we are not present. With their individualised programme, we will also include a Nutrition programme that will also be catered based on what an Athlete needs and requires to train and perform on game day. 

Our Team training prices are organised by the number of Athletes participating,

7-10 Athletes: 1x session per week

11-16 Athletes: 1x session per week

If your team is looking to do more than 1x session per week, please enquire with us for more information.

All of our plans are a 6 weeks minimum service.
We require a min. of 7 Athletes and a max. of 16 Athletes per team training.
