WHO DO WE TRAIN?

AT CAP, our programme is designed to help individual Athletes as well as group of Athletes and sports teams. Each programme and training session will be designed and catered around personal or team goals and specific skills required for the sport they play in.

Our programme is offered to all Athletes of different levels, age and fitness. We AIM to help all Athletes to reach their full potential in order to perform at their best or 100%. This will be achieved through our four pillars which will cover MOVEMENT, MINDSET, NUTRITION & RECOVERY.
