WHAT IS IT?

A CAP program is built around four pillars which is adjusted and created per Athlete and the goals they are hoping to achieve with us.

They are, MOVEMENT, MINDSET, NUTRITION & RECOVERY.

All four pillars will help any Athlete regardless of what goal or sport they play, to reach their peak performance for game day. These four pillars are essential and just like a house, if one is missing or weak, the house is easily able to fall or collapse under pressure, similar to an Athlete’s body and performance.

We believe that if any one of these pillars are missing or less than 80%, an Athlete will never be able to perform or train at their best or reach that 100% performance hence, the emphasis and the importance of why we try to cover all four during your time with us.
