WHAT IS MOVEMENT?

This is teaching Athletes proper mechanics which covers agility, footwork, speed and vertical.

This is achieved through different and unique training exercises that our trainers work hard to perfect everyday. Our trainers will also cover strength and conditioning if required. All of the movements and drills we teach our Athletes will be related to the sport they play. This will aim to improve or fix a specific skill they are currently lacking or weak in example, improving their vertical jump to defend better.

Our training is based on more than 10 years of experience training different Athletes and research and facts that our Head Trainer have done to develop and create an effective programme that allows for the best way to train and improve performance among different Athletes.

Our CAP training has been created to try and help improve functional movements in all levels of Athletes that encourages faster and stronger performance, and help to decrease injury risks. When working on these movements, we will never allow an Athlete to perform an exercise unless they fully understand proper techniques and purpose behind it.

We take the safety and well being of our Athletes seriously.
