INDIVIDUAL

Our Individual programme is offered to all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels, to help increase performance and confidence in their game in order to succeed in the sports they play. 

Our programme will cover our four pillars which are, MOVEMENT, MINDSET, NUTRITION & RECOVERY. These pillars are designed to help young and elite Athletes to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, speed, agility, decrease injuries and any other skills they may require in order to achieve the goals they have set for themselves. 

We will also cover individual testings in order for us to constantly check in on improvements or areas we need to focus on. From these testings, we will develop and create a training programme that we assign Athletes to follow during the days they are not with us. This way they are constantly working on their performance even when we are not present. With their individualised programme, we will also include a Nutrition programme that will also be catered based on what an Athlete needs and requires to train and perform on game day. 

Our Individual training is offered to three different age groups,

JUNIOR (7-12 years old)

YOUTH (13-18 years old)

ADULT (19+ years old).

We offer three different plans you can choose from which are,

GO PLAN (1x session per week)

PRO PLAN (2x sessions per week)

ELITE PLAN (3x sessions per week).

PREHAB/

REHAB

The past few years we have seen a 50% increase in injuries among young Athletes especially injuries involving knees and ankles like an ACL injury. 

This has resulted in our services to also expand in helping to Prehab and Rehab Athletes. We work with some of the best physiotherapists in the country and are both on a mission to provide the best service we can offer to all Athletes of different injuries to recover and rehabilitate quickly and properly. 

Everything we perform on injured Athletes will be constantly monitored and checked in with their Physiotherapist first in order to avoid further injuries.
