GROUP TRAINING

Our Group programme is offered to all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels, to help increase performance and confidence in a group of Athletes.

A group training offers the opportunity for multiple Athletes to train and motivate each during their sessions together. This option is awesome for siblings or couples looking to push their training to the next level through friendly competition. This is also a great option for those not comfortable or confident yet to train individually. 

This programme will cover our four pillars which are, MOVEMENT, MINDSET, NUTRITION & RECOVERY. These pillars are designed to help young and elite Athletes to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, speed, agility, decrease injuries and any other skills they may require in order to achieve the goals they have set for themselves. 

Our coaches will help to create and design each session catered to what each Athletes requires and goals they are looking to achieve. 

We will also cover group testings in order for us to constantly check in on improvements or areas we need to focus on. From these testings, we will develop and create a training programme that we will assign per Athlete participating to follow during the days they are not with us so, that way they are constantly working on their performance even when we are not present. With their individualised programme, we will also include a Nutrition programme that will also be catered based on what an Athlete needs and requires to train and perform on game day. 

Our Group training prices are organised by the number of Athletes participating,

2 Athletes: 1x session per week

3-4 Athletes: 1x session per week

5-6 Athletes: 1x session per week

If your group is looking to do more than 1x session per week, please enquire with us for more information.

All of our plans are a 6 weeks minimum service.
